Art

You will receive a digital copy of the artwork sent to you via e-mail in attachment or via google document.
You will receive a full resolution image after the payment is 100% done.

Artworks are done digitally. I use traditional sketches or watercolor scans in my portfolio, unfortunately I can't offer the traditional media at this moment.
Artwork size depends on kind of order and your specific wishes. Default the size of the artwork is app. between ~2000-4000px, 300dpi.
You can wish for specific size, e.g. for social media platforms like youtube banner or twitch icons.

Payment

Prices are in USD currency.
Payment is done via Paypal invoice. Currently there is no other payment option.
Payment can be done:

100% beforehand
50% beforehand and the other 50% after the sketch approval* - if the costs are higher than $200.
Individual installement plan for bigger orders or long-term project.

The invoice will be sent to you only when I am about to start your commission.
The payment shall be completed within 5 working days. If something occurs and the payment cannot be completed, please contact me as soon as possible.
Due to rude treatment, stalling the payment and/or communication, I have the right to cancel your commission.

*Update October 2021

I cannot offer installement terms "50% before work 50% after finished work" (experienced too many problems with delying or even lack of second part of payment).

Any "trial/test" sketches are cancelled, unless I receive full payment for them.

I'm very sorry for the incovenience!

Prices on my website are approximate. Each and every order is unique, so my prices are not set in stone and I'm open to negotiate.
If you have a budget for your project, I am open to discuss it with you. I try to set a price in a way that would be fair for both of us.
Prices on my website are for personal clients (personal/private usage; no distribution, no selling and no profit). If you have a commercial project and you'd like to know the fee, please contact me with your idea.
I set the total price based on size, amount of characters and details and purpose (personal/commercial). Orders/Characters that require more time and higher skills, would cost more than average ones. Please leave to me the decission what is simple and what isn't.

Cancelling and refunds:

100% of the full payment if I haven't started worked on your commission.
30% of the full payment if the sketch is finished but there is no lineart/polishing.
No refund if the lineart is ready and I'm in coloring stage.

Commission Process

You can order the commissions via e-mail: kgxspace[at]gmail.com or via commission form on my website (link).
You can ask questions about ordering/commissioning via e-mail, commission form or via my social media (kgxspace/kgxartspace).
Please understand I might decline your commission if you wish for something I feel I am not capable of.

Your personal information to contain:

Your name/username
Your social media account you are most active (in case e-mail failed/no facebook!)
Your Paypal address/e-mail
Disclaimer that you have read and agree the terms

Information about the commission:

Purpose of the artwork (personal/commercial/private)
Deadline, if you have it (if it's tight, I might charge the rush fee or decline)
Idea of the artwork, what would you like and how you imagine the final result
References (it can be google images for the idea or character features) - especially helpful for complex or design commissions.
A short personality description of characters, the chemistry between them - anything that would be helpful to understand how should I portrait your favs.
Please include the original source of your characters: e.g. game/movie/comic name, if you bought the character (e.g. adoptable), please state name of the creator.
if you have some special wishes, e.g. color scheme or additional help with design, please mention it too

Try to be specific and skip information that would be unnecessary or confusing.

Please try avoiding slang words as English is not my native language.

After confirming your order and agreeing to the price, I will send you the Paypal invoice.
After the payment, I shall send you the concept/rough sketch of the commission.
You are allowed to ask for 2 free changes or adjustments.

Please remember to be specific, the bigger changes or more adjustment would require additional fee.

After sketch approval and payment completed, I will work further on finishing your order.
Depending on kind of order and life issues it can take from few days to few months.

If you did not state any deadline in your order please do not rush me.

Feel free to send me a message anytime.
After receiving the finished version, you can ask for some minor changes.

Usage

Personal/private clients:

Commissioned artwork cannot be distributed, copied, edited or changed in any way.
You cannot claim you are the author of the artwork.
You cannot make money of the artwork in any way.
You can't use the artwork on your bussiness social media/websites or as promotional material, including so called "no-profit" projects.

You can use the cropped artwork e.g. as your avatar in your private/personal social media with the credit to my commission page.
You can use the watermarked version on your social media with the credit to my commission page.
You can print the artwork for your personal purpose (framing, gifting, etc.).

Private commission:

If you don't need commercial rights yet prefers keeping the art private, so I will not include your commission to my portfolio and share it online, you might purchase a private commission for an additional fee (~30% of the price).

Commercial fee:

The commercial artwork fee/price is discussed with each client individually.
The commercial artwork price/fee depends on kind of order and rights you would like to gain.
The commercial fee can apply to your commissioned artwork or my personal art. Artworks that are commissions bought by other clients and fanarts cannot be purchased.
The commercial fee can be purchased any time and you can further expand the rights.

Commercial clients depending on agreed terms:

The commissioned artwork can be either used as promotional material for your service/page/product and/or a product itself (e.g. sell as merchandise).
You can use the artwork to gain a profit.
Commercial art, depending on the agreement, may or may not be used on my portfolio and social media.
If you would like to purchase the art with specific rights and/or you need license, please think about it beforehand and consider hiring a lawyer who could help you with a contract that would cover all your needs.
I am willing to read and sign such a contract. Alas - I am not able to provide a contract for every client.
